By downloading, installing, or using the Murottal Al-Quran Ummi mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ours or our affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.
3. Content and Services
The App provides access to the Holy Quran text, audio recitations (Murottal), Tajwid lessons, Hadith collections, Qibla direction, Prayer Times, and Dzikir utilities. While we strive to ensure that all Islamic content is authentic, accurate, and verified by credible sources, we do not guarantee absolute perfection. If you find any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
4. Accuracy of Tools (Qibla & Prayer Times)
The Qibla compass and Prayer Times rely on your device's internal sensors and location services. Environmental factors, magnetic interference, and device calibration may affect accuracy. The App provides these utilities as a helpful guide, but you should use your discretion and seek alternative verification if you suspect inaccuracies.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Murottal Ummi and its licensors.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
